Before you start selling, you need to make sure that your customers can easily receive their orders.
On EcomFly, you can set your preferred shipping methods on your own—for both physical and digital products.
Log in to your EcomFly dashboard.
Go to Settings > Shipping Methods.
There you'll see all available options, along with info about which ones are active and which aren't.
This is one of the most convenient options—not just for your customers, but for you too.
When you go to the “Shipping methods” section, you’ll see the InPost option. At first, it might be marked as “Inactive”.
Just click Configure, check activation and fill out the basics:
method name (e.g. “InPost Parcel Lockers”)
delivery price (e.g. 16.99 zł)
estimated delivery time (e.g. 2 days)
optional – set free shipping from a specific amount
After you save the changes — InPost will be available in your store.
Customers will be able to choose a parcel locker from the map when placing an order.
Just add a digital product in the panel and pick the “digital” type.
The system will automatically set the right delivery method — after buying, the customer gets the product file to download.

For example, want to add courier, personal pickup or a local company?
Click Create your own shipping method
Enter a name (e.g. DHL Courier)
Set a price (or leave at 0 if it's free)
Set the estimated delivery time
That's it! From now on, this method will be available in your store.
On EcomFly you have 3 main types of delivery:
InPost Parcel Lockers
Digital product shipping
Any custom method (e.g. courier, local pickup)
This way, you can adjust your shop for different sales models – both physical and digital.
And setting up each option literally takes you just a few minutes.
