See how step by step your main EcomFly store panel works and how to make use of all its features.
After you log in to your store, you land on the main panel – Dashboard. There you'll find key info about:
your store setup progress (5 steps),
daily sales and user activity,
available learning materials (course + Discord support group)
In the Orders tab, you see a list of all the orders that showed up in your store:
order status,
date placed,
buyer info,
order amount.
From here you can track fulfillment and manage your customers.
Go to the Products section, where you can:
add new products,
manage their visibility (public/draft),
edit descriptions, photos, prices, and promotions,
assign products to specific categories.
Everything works intuitively – just click “Add product” and fill in the details.
In the Categories section you create the structure of your store.
Thanks to categories:
customers will find products faster,
you can filter and analyze sales better (based on categories),
you’ll organize your shop’s offer.
At any moment, you can edit, remove, or add new categories.
In the Ads tab, you can launch the EcomAds tool, which is an automated ad campaign handled by the EcomFly team.
From here:
you set the budget,
you activate ads for your store or specific products,
you keep track of sales, ROAS (return on ads), and spending.
In the Appearance tab you can:
change your store's template (e.g. Harmony, Sync, Fashion),
customize the texts, colors, graphics on the main page,
edit banners, headers, and how products are showcased.
You manage everything in an intuitive visual editor (EcomEditor).
In the Pages section, you can add or edit key content:
terms and conditions,
privacy policy,
return policy,
"About us" page.
You've got full control over the content and can update it anytime.
The Stats tab lets you monitor:
sales in the last 7, 30 days and in the current year,
number of orders and visitors,
number of products sold.
Thanks to this, you have full control over what's working – and what needs some tweaking.
On EcomFly you get access to free plugins, including:
InPost (parcel lockers),
Stripe (online payments),
EcomDigital (selling digital products),
Languages and LiveCarts (live carts).
You turn them on with one click – no installation, no coding needed.
Finally – the Settings tab, where:
you enter your company data,
you configure payments, shipping methods, currencies, and languages,
you set up integrations (e.g. code snippets, translations).
